Mercer House in Dubai
Ellington Properties has unveiled its new luxury project, Mercer House, in Dubai, UAE. This opulent complex comprises two high-rise towers situated atop a shared podium and will be situated in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) area, within the Uptown Dubai business district.
The towers will feature studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom penthouses. Studios in Mercer House start at a minimum size of 48 square metres, while the penthouses boast a total area of up to 878 square metres.
In addition to residences, the complex will include various recreational and sports spaces, shops, restaurants, cafés, a beach club and a multi-level parking facility.
Each owner of studios or one- and two-bedroom apartments will be allocated one parking space, while owners of three-bedroom apartments and penthouses will have two parking spaces each.
The ground floor of the building will feature a foyer with high ceilings adorned in white and bronze tones. A concierge will be readily available and a lounge area equipped with a large cabinet filled with books and board games will be set up for residents and guests to enjoy.
At present, the project is in the implementation stage, with construction expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2027. When buying apartments in Mercer House, the price from the developer starts at AED 2 million (USD 544,000).
Mercer House in Jumeirah Lakes Towers
The complex is being constructed in the prestigious business district of Dubai, JLT. Within walking distance, residents will find Adil supermarket and the 5-star SO/Uptown Dubai hotel. Just a 5–10-minute drive away, you can reach several key destinations, including:
